We were scaling fast, but onboarding was still stuck in the stone age, running on a single anxiety-provoking spreadsheet. The tool we built broke the bottleneck and gave us a clear path to full client self-service.
Trust is the foundation of every relationship. And whether we realise it or not, we are already in a serious one with technology. It is evolving faster than we are and our trust is still catching up, trying to define what it should look like. This project is my exploration of trust in agentic flows.
At SkoolBag, we explored launching a two-sided marketplace: a place where parents could discover and book kids’ activities, and providers could list and manage their offerings. We called it KidScene.
The state of our design files was slowing everything down. Branding was manual, handovers were confusing and devs were working with outdated assets. I took ownership of the problem and built a system that finally scaled with the product.
It started as a fix for login support tickets, but the OTP flow I introduced ended up clearing our backlog and becoming the preferred login method for 500,000 parents.
